ABOUT THE ROLE
We believe excellent engineers do more than write code — they build products. We're looking for
engineers who combine solid software engineering fundamentals with systems thinking, AI-
assisted development, sound architectural judgment, and the ownership to take ideas from
concept to production.

What Will You Do?
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Python and Django.




• Translate product ideas into robust technical solutions, taking features from concept to
production.
• Design clean system architectures, database schemas, and APIs with scalability, reliability,
and maintainability in mind.
• Collaborate with AI to brainstorm solutions, accelerate development, and improve
productivity while applying sound engineering judgment.
• Think through edge cases, performance bottlenecks, security considerations, and failure
scenarios before implementation.
• Build AI-powered features, automate workflows, and experiment with emerging technologies
to create better products.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews to uphold
engineering quality.
• Debug production issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve
system reliability.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality user
experiences
