Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patent searches and prepare patent landscape for APIs (synthetic & peptides), formulations.
Perform FTO and Non-infringement analyses for API products (Synthetic & Peptides) under development.
Provide IP inputs and support portfolio and business teams in product selection and commercialization.
Identify prospects and risks relating to product development and commercialization.
Support to patent oppositions, revocations, and litigation matters.
Analyze litigation risks and prepare technical and legal inputs, Provide legal and technical opinions.
Address customer and partner IP-related queries.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry / M. Pharm/Pharmaceutical Sciences
Registered Patent Agent preferred.
Additional qualification in IP Law (PG Diploma/LLB) desirable.
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in Intellectual Property management within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
Hands-on experience in Patent searches, Patent landscape studies for (APIs &formulations;), FTO analysis/ Non-infringement analyses, Patentability assessments, Litigation support.
