Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery as per project schedules.
Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production, and service teams for seamless project execution.
Review and validate PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, and automation system configurations before deployment.
Troubleshoot technical issues during FAT, SAT, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution and commissioning.
Guide and mentor Project Engineers, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO/QMS processes, and project documentation requirements.
Maintain execution reports,



issue trackers, and support continuous process improvement.

Technical Skills
Hands-on experience in Allen Bradley, Siemens & Ignition platforms.
MES Integration Knowledge.
MSSQL, SQL, Influx DB.
Rockwell (FT View SE/ME & FT Optix) and Siemens SCADA applications.

Qualifications
Engineering graduate (Bachelor degree in - EEE / ECE / E&I;).
8–10 years of experience in industrial automation Projects/Turnkey Projects.
Experience in Tyre and battery industry
Experience in leading small project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
