Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: • Team Lead for Installation/Erection, testing, commissioning of Ventilation Fans including Primary, Axial, Jet, Booster, Auxiliary fans in Underground Mines, Tunnels, Metro, Marine, Steel, Cement, thermal & other sectors. • Team Lead for Troubleshooting of issues related to Field Work for Ventilation Fans along with their full maintenance including overhauling, alignment and in office balancing for Impellers, rotating equipment etc. • Responsible for execution of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with the clients. • Perform inspections and diagnostics to detect early signs of wear and tear, identify and resolve operational issues related to mechanical and control systems of the Ventilation fans. • Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions. • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and performance data and prepare technical reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies. • Preparation of project schedules, site execution plan/schedule, field service work,



site supervision along with QAP as per project requirements. • Provide technical support to production team, resolving issues related to processes and equipment. • Responsible to ensure all testing activities in manufacturing plant as per approved QAP and client requirements. • Contribute to the development of recent product concepts and enhancements in existing designs. • Liaison with the client (Engineers, Supervisors, Workers) off site and on-at site during project executions, preplanning of all equipment modules erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance • Foundation leveling, parts Erection and commissioning of all Ventilation Fan parts. • Keep the communication and coordination between different departments, Sub Contractors & Client. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical and control engineers, to ensure seamless operation of fans. • Mechanical components and
