We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst who can act as a strategic partner to business, product, sales, operations, and leadership teams by converting complex business problems and data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable business outcomes.

This role goes beyond dashboarding and reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to independently identify business opportunities, define key metrics, structure ambiguous problems, influence decision-making, and drive data-backed business improvements across functions.

The candidate should have solid analytical thinking, hands-on experience with data and BI tools, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business priorities into scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with business, product, sales, operations, and leadership teams to understand business priorities, define problem statements, and identify high-impact analytics prospects.

Lead analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.





Own and improve key business metrics across functions by defining, tracking, and interpreting performance indicators.

Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data visualisations for business tracking, leadership reviews, and strategic decision-making.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to solve complex business problems and provide explicit, actionable recommendations.

Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, hypotheses, metrics, and data-driven insights.

Partner with leadership and functional teams to influence decisions through structured analysis and business storytelling.

Identify data gaps, reporting inefficiencies, and metric inconsistencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and reliability across dashboards, reports, and business reviews.
