Key Responsibilities
Lead the client servicing team to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Ideal Candidate
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field.
Exhibits solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Is adept at problem-solving and has a client-focused approach.
