We are seeking an experienced Lead Embedded Firmware Architect with a solid background in power electronics applications such as DC-DC converters, solar inverters (single/three-phase), Multi level converters, and Inverters. The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in developing and optimizing embedded C code for control and communication in real-time systems using DSP controllers.
The role involves designing, implementing, and validating firmware for high-performance power conversion systems, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for power electronic products including DC-DC converters, solar inverters (single/three phase), Multi level converters, and Inverters.
Implement advanced control algorithms including PI, PLL, Clarke and Park transformations, and other DSP-based control techniques.
Develop and optimize code in Embedded C for real-time microcontrollers/DSPs used in power electronics applications.
Design and develop firmware architect for bootloaders, interrupts, timers, memory mapping,



communication stacks, control algorithms and protections.
Design and implement communication protocols such as SPI, I²C, MODBUS, and CAN for reliable device interfacing.
Work closely with hardware and system engineers to validate firmware performance on prototypes and production systems.
Perform firmware debugging, optimization, and validation to ensure robustness and reliability.
Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and support certification processes.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Computer Engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in embedded firmware development within the power electronics domain.
Solid expertise in Embedded C programming and real-time control systems.
