Experience: 5+ years in Relationship Management and Real estate or Construction financing

Job Role:

Originate and evaluate Real Estate financing transactions across various asset classes including standard assets, high-yield deals, special situation opportunities, and Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) transactions.
Identify business prospects through primary and secondary markets, existing lender/investor networks, and industry relationships.
Build robust relationships with real estate developers, promoters, CFOs,



CXOs, investors, lenders, and external agencies.
Understand client requirements and structure suitable financing solutions including refinancing, restructuring, settlement, and advisory mandates.
