Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer with over 15 years of proven expertise in designing, delivering, and optimizing sales training programs. This individual will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our sales teams through strategic learning initiatives, coaching, and ongoing performance support.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of B2B/B2C sales methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to align training programs with business objectives to drive measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Delivery:
Develop, implement, and facilitate engaging and interactive sales training programs (onboarding, product, process, tools, soft skills).
Tailor content for various experience levels from entry-level reps to senior account executives.
Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align training initiatives with go-to-market strategy and customer messaging.




Equip sales teams with the knowledge and tools required for successful execution.
Performance Coaching:
Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce skills, identify development areas, and improve sales effectiveness.
Provide feedback and mentorship to sales specialists to support continuous improvement.
Program Evaluation & Optimization:
Assess training effectiveness using different metrics.
Continuously iterate on training programs based on data, field feedback, and industry trends.
Leadership & Strategy:
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on sales training best practices and improvements.
Lead a team of junior trainers or instructional designers as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related sales leadership role.
