Role Overview
As a Fullstack Java Developer, you will contribute to the design, development and ongoing evolution of business-critical software delivery.
You will join a global engineering team responsible for platforms that support software change, deployment governance, auditability, operational resilience and delivery transparency. These capabilities are central to meeting compliance obligations, improving usability and supporting predictable delivery across a complex technology environment.
This role requires robust backend engineering experience, particularly with Java and SQL, alongside a willingness and ability to work across the full technology stack. Experience with TypeScript, React or JavaScript is highly desirable, but we are also open to solid backend engineers who are motivated to develop their frontend skills.
The role is based in Pune, India to strengthen APAC time zone coverage,



improve support resilience and provide dedicated engineering capacity for a growing portfolio of release, audit and tooling priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test and deploy high-quality software solutions across backend and frontend components.
Develop robust, maintainable backend services using Java, with strong focus on performance, reliability and scalability.
Work with relational databases using SQL, including schema design, query optimisation and data integrity.
Contribute to frontend development using up-to-date web technologies such as React, TypeScript and JavaScript, where applicable.
Help reduce delivery backlogs by contributing consistently to prioritised engineering work, including post-incident review enhancements, OKR management improvements and release standardisation initiatives.
Collaborate closely with global teams across engineering, product, operations and business stakeholder
