Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of qualified experience in bridge design, inspection, and maintenance.
Experience in conducting training
Experience in survey planning, coordination, and monitoring of network-level bridge data collection programs.
Familiarity with up-to-date data collection technologies and latest industry practices in the bridge engineering domain.
Robust knowledge of bridge inventory and condition data collection, data management, and bridge health assessment methodologies.
