Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Admin and Security Analyst to manage the overall security architecture and governance across the Workday platform, including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning,



Recruiting, Talent, and Performance.

Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and advise on security within the Workday application, including domain security policies, roles, and role assignments.
Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Partner with the HR Operations team for the management and execution of mass data uploads (EIBs).
Provide hands-on configuration of Workday domain and business process security policies and role assignments.
Recommend effective security and organizational solutions to support end-to-end business processes.
Maintain system and security assignment integrity in compliance with GDPR, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the design, development, testing, training, auditing, and implementation of Workday security and organizational solutions.
Support integrations between Workday and internal applications.
