Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Manager of Technology to drive our technology vision across both US and India operations. This is a senior leadership role suited for someone who can set strategy, work closely with organizational leaders,



and manage a team of internal staff and external vendors — while remaining willing to contribute directly to development when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation
Define and execute the organization's technology roadmap aligned with educational and operational goals.
Make architectural decisions ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve program delivery and operational efficiency.
Partner with leadership teams across the US and India to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Lead the modernization of the organizational website, ensuring scalable architecture and a solid user experience.
Systems Integration & Automation
Design and implement an API-first architecture to integrate systems such as ERPNext, website services, learning platforms, and operational tools.
