Location - Pune and Mumbai

About the Role-
Chaitra Creations and Consultancy Services LLP partners with State Government departments and private organizations to execute strategic projects across Maharashtra.

Role Summary-
The role involves building and maintaining relationships with government departments, identifying business opportunities, coordinating documentation and approvals, and acting as the company's primary liaison with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities -
Government Relations & Business Development
Build relationships across government offices at all levels.
Identify and pursue government projects, empanelment's, and partnership prospects.
Represent the company in meetings and official forums.
Track government priorities and align company offerings accordingly.

Documentation & Coordination
Prepare and manage proposals, applications and official correspondence.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of government files and approvals.
Maintain records of communications, approvals,



and pending matters.

Policy & Regulatory Support
Monitor government policies, schemes, and notifications relevant to the business.
Support leadership with policy insights and regulatory updates.
Guide internal teams on procedural and compliance requirements.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related fields preferred).
Optional - MPSC/UPSC Civil Services aspirants with at least 3 serious attempts (Mains appearance preferred).

Skills
Robust understanding of Government administration and departmental hierarchy.
Knowledge of government procedures and file movement.
Excellent communication and drafting skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Robust networking, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
