Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technology PMO Intern to support the day-to-day governance, operations, financial management, vendor coordination, and compliance activities of the Technology function at the Nuvama group level.

The role requires close collaboration with internal technology teams, finance, procurement, HR, information security, audit, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of operational processes and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate should possess robust coordination skills, process orientation, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple operational initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Procurement Management
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding including NDA, MSA execution, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate vendor due diligence, recertification, and periodic verification activities.
Maintain vendor master data, agreements, and related documentation.
Liaise with Procurement, Legal, Information Security,



and business stakeholders throughout the vendor lifecycle.
Purchase Order & Invoice Management
Coordinate the complete procurement lifecycle from commercial negotiations through Purchase Order creation to invoice processing and payment release.
Track pending invoices, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations.
Resolve procurement and finance-related operational issues in coordination with internal teams.
Budget & Financial Operations
Maintain technology budget trackers and monitor actuals against approved budgets.
Support monthly provisioning activities.
Assist with annual budget forecasting and financial planning exercises.
Respond to MIS queries related to budgeting, costing, provisioning, and financial reporting.
Governance & Compliance
Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance, including tracking and closure of pending JIRA tickets.
