We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our APAC Employee Relations team. The incumbent will be responsible for addressing employee relations matters ranging from policy violations and interpretations and investigating and resolving employee complaints. This role requires robust interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, along with understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
Partner with PXPs in investigations and fact finding on Employee Relations issues.
Resolve straightforward problems by applying relevant policies, past practices and/or best practices to reach a conclusion.
