The Project Coordinator will be based in India. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager- Project Controls and Support.





Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
Collaborate and coordinate with Project Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics and Vendors.
Assist with managing project budgets while using ERP tools like NetSuite for processing purchase orders, tracking payments.
Manage close-out administration for projects globally.
Prepare and distribute regular reports and collect/ consolidate user response.
Track PM and Project Milestone completion and provide reports.
Issue Project cost updates based on file inputs.
Assist with data collection and clean-up activities for both regular and ad hoc reports.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with MS Excel and computer literacy.
Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously with care given to each.
