The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, designing robust and scalable solutions, and ensuring the technical integrity of our software products. You will mentor development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive innovation, playing a critical role in shaping our technology landscape.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve the architectural roadmap for .NET-based applications, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technology trends.
Design high-level and detailed architectural solutions, including system integration, data flow, and infrastructure requirements.
Evaluate and recommend current technologies, frameworks, and tools within the .NET ecosystem to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.




Ensure architectural designs adhere to security, performance, reliability, and maintainability standards.
Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Lead the technical design and implementation of complex software solutions.
Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
Provide technical leadership, problem-solving expertise, and decision-making support to resolve complex architectural and technical challenges.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new technical talent.
Communicate complex technical concepts and architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Act as a key technical liaison between various departments and external partners.
