Designation: AVP/DVP Relationship Manager -Commercial real Estate
Experience: 5+ years in Relationship Management and Real estate or Construction financing
Location: Pune and Kolkata
Job Role:
Originate and evaluate Real Estate financing transactions across various asset classes including standard assets, high-yield deals, special situation prospects, and Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) transactions.
Identify business opportunities through primary and secondary markets, existing lender/investor networks, and industry relationships.
Build robust relationships with real estate developers, promoters, CFOs, CXOs, investors, lenders, and external agencies .
Understand client requirements and structure suitable financing solutions including refinancing, restructuring, settlement, and advisory mandates.
