Business Analyst
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented BA to support the delivery of digital products and customer experiences. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Business, and Operations teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, document user stories, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Product Support
Assist in defining product requirements and documenting business needs.
Support Product Managers in executing the product roadmap and delivery plans.
Participate in product discovery activities, customer feedback sessions, and requirement workshops.
Conduct market and competitor research to support product initiatives.
Requirement Gathering & Documentation
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.




Convert business requirements into explicit user stories with acceptance criteria.
Maintain product documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and ready for development.
Backlog Management
Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization.
Track feature progress and ensure stories are updated throughout the development lifecycle.
Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
Testing & Release Support
Prepare test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate implemented features against business requirements.
Log, track, and verify defects until closure.
Assist with production readiness activities and release coordination.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with Business, Technology, UX, Operations, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
