We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while playing a key role in employee relations, grievance handling, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with robust expertise in talent acquisition and the ability to build a positive employee experience through effective communication and people management.

This role requires someone who can independently manage hiring requirements, resolve employee concerns, support HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:-
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate offer rollouts.




Negotiate compensation and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and candidate databases.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:-
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and workplace concerns.
Address employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Foster a positive work setting through effective communication and employee engagement.
Support conflict resolution between employees and departments whenever required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.

HR Operations:-
Support employee onboarding, induction, probation reviews, confirmations, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Draft HR letters, policies, notices, and official communications.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes.
