Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive (Accounting) to manage day-to-day financial operations while ensuring accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Indian taxation, and MIS reporting, along with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Zoho Books or Tally.



This role will also involve coordinating with clients for subscription billing and payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections.

You will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting audits, managing receivables, and providing timely financial insights to the management team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Follow up with clients for monthly subscription payments, ensure timely collections, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment-related queries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
File GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings within prescribed timelines.
