Position Overview and Objective

The ServiceNow Analyst supports the delivery of technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform and provides administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support. Working under the guidance of senior team members,



the analyst uses positive practice web programming techniques to configure reliable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

As a ServiceNow Analyst you will:
Assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and completing technical tasks related to the configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical data and transformation issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.
