ABOUT THE ROLE:





Bluevine is hiring a Sales Manager – Checking & Payments to lead all banking
sales from India. This role owns the performance, development, and scale of our
India-based Sales Associate organization, responsible for selling checking and
payments products to new and existing U.S. small business customers.

This is a leadership role with direct accountability for revenue outcomes, sales
execution rigor, and team performance. You will lead frontline sales associates,
partner closely with U.S. leadership, and play a critical role in scaling
Bluevine’s checking business efficiently and responsibly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

SALES LEADERSHIP & REVENUE OWNERSHIP
Lead teams selling to current clients across Bluevine’s checking and payments
products.
Set explicit goals, quotas, and KPIs; drive disciplined execution through
regular pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management.
