Indiaâs largest pharmacy retail chain with over 7,500+ stores, the company app, and millions of customers moving between the two every day. Every rack, header, banner, and screen, in-store or on-app is a media channel. This role owns that channel end to end.
What youâll do
⢠Decode the omni-channel shopper. Understand how customers think, browse, and buy both in-store and online, and turn that insight into communication that converts at the shelf and on the screen.
⢠Own communication across every touchpoint. Craft rack communication, category headers, shelf strips, and standees in-store and extend every campaign to app, web, social, WhatsApp, and CRM with channel-right adaptation, not copy-paste.
⢠Be the custodian of brand consistency. Ensure one look, one voice, one message across all touchpoints â build guidelines, templates, and toolkits so a customer sees the same brand at the shelf, on the app, and in every message.
⢠Run campaigns omni by design.
Lead creative for monthly promotions, recent store launches, relocations, and category campaigns executed as one idea across 7,400+ stores and digital channels.
⢠Go beyond the shelf. Develop customer communication for in-store activations and experiential camps from concept and messaging to on-ground creative and digital amplification.
⢠Test, learn, scale. Pilot creative in select stores and digital cohorts, read the results, and scale what works nationally.
⢠Manage creative agencies. Brief, direct, and quality-control agency partners across offline and digital; push for sharper work, faster turnarounds, and better cost efficiency.
⢠Own outcomes, not just output. Track how your work moves the needle - category lift, promo sell-through, conversion in-store and online and build the attribution discipline to prove it.
