Key Roles/Deliverables
To make daily planning based on Customer orders.
WIP Control at all stage
Review manpower requirement & arrange as per production plan.
Coordinate with the Die Maintenance team for preventive and predictive
maintenance of dies and presses (Mechanical/Hydraulic).
Improvement in discipline, attendance, 5 ‘S’, Kizen, Overtime, productivity, co-
ordination with internal customers & suppliers.
Control on re-work & rejection.
To work minimize Air, water, land, noise pollution.
To work to minimize spillage of chemicals
To monitor & reduce various discharges/ emissions.
Drive a culture of Safety First, ensuring 100% compliance with safety guards, light
curtains, and PPE.
Manage a diverse team of engineers, supervisors, and operators.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)
20 to 25 years of experience in Two Tier – Three Tier Automobile sector
