Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking to join our team as Manager – Investment Banking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transaction execution, client coordination, due diligence, and regulatory compliance, particularly in IPO and capital market advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Execution & Advisory:

Conduct end-to-end due diligence and financial analysis for IPO and other capital market transactions.

Prepare and draft Offer Documents, including DRHP and RHP, in compliance with SEBI regulations.

Assist in the preparation and finalization of Restated Financial Statements in coordination with clients and auditors.

Provide advisory support on Direct & Indirect Taxes, FEMA, SEBI Regulations,



and corporate secretarial laws.

Client & Regulatory Liaison:

Coordinate with clients, stock exchanges, SEBI, legal advisors, and other intermediaries throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Analyze clients' business models and financial performance, identifying key risks and growth prospects.

Internal Operations & MIS:

Maintain internal trackers, MIS, and documentation related to ongoing mandates and regulatory submissions.

Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

1–2 years of experience in investment banking or capital markets, with exposure to IPO transactions, financial modelling, and due diligence.

Solid understanding of SEBI regulations, financial reporting, and taxation laws.

Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
