Job Overview:
The Technical Sales Engineer – will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities for the company’s range of electrical and engineering products and solutions. The role combines technical expertise with robust sales skills to identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and achieve revenue targets across South India.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
· Identify and develop new business prospects within the electrical, industrial, and engineering sectors.
· Promote and sell the company’s products and solutions to key customers and channel partners.
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
· Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
· Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Technical Support & Solution Design
· Understand customer applications, specifications, and technical requirements.
· Provide pre-sales technical support, product selection, and system recommendations.
· Coordinate with engineering and product management teams to deliver customized solutions.
· Conduct site visits and technical evaluations as needed.
Customer Relationship Management
· Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support and professional engagement.
