Job Description:

Main Task:
Managing & Leading a team favor Procurement & Warehouse
Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
Having expertise in Supply Chain & Logistics

Responsibilities:
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
Sourcing & engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
Building & maintaining long-term relationship with vendors and suppliers.
Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Managing every aspect of the supply chain and notify the senior management team of any possible obstacles to ideal efficiency
Delegate tasks and supervise the work of purchasing and procurement agents across all departments
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution & maintenance operations
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Managing stock control and inventory levels apart from reconciliation on a periodic basis




Produce retorts and statistics on a regular basis to management (IN/Out status report, dead stock report, etc)

Requirements and skills:
Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Management and leadership skills.
Solid knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Discretion, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality at all times
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
High level of integrity and ability to recognize and correct mistakes and maintain continuous improvements
Knowledge of Data Protection
