Job Description:
Property Valuation & Technical Appraisal:
Conduct site inspections and validate valuation reports for residential, commercial, and under-construction properties.
Approve property valuations received from empaneled third-party valuers.
Ensure adherence to valuation guidelines, market benchmarks, and regulatory norms.
Evaluate cost of construction (COC) for under-construction properties and self-construction cases.
Vendor Management:
Manage and monitor empaneled technical consultants/valuers for quality and compliance.
Conduct periodic audits of vendors’ reports and performance.
Assist in empanelment, onboarding, and training of recent valuers.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify and report market-level technical risks, encroachments,



legal zoning issues, or structural red flags.
Provide technical red flags and guidance to the credit team on property-related concerns.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate closely with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth technical due diligence.
Support business teams with technical expertise on complex property cases.
MIS & Reporting:
Maintain and update region-wise MIS for technical reports, approvals, and rejections.
Provide monthly and quarterly dashboards on performance and exception handling.
