Position Name - VP - Finance

Location - Bengaluru

Experience Range - 8 - 12 years

Mandatory Requirement:
Solid knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and manage large teams

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage the company's financial resources effectively to meet operational and strategic goals.
Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and risk management activities.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee the finance department, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.




Participate in corporate strategy development and decision-making processes.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify prospects for growth and improvement.
Serve as a key point of contact for financial matters with stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Communicate financial performance and strategy to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
Identify and manage financial risks, including currency exchange, interest rates, and operational risks.
Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and functioning effectively.

Qualification and Experience:
Qualified CA or MBA (Finance)
Must possess minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
Proven experience as a VP of Finance, CFO, or in a senior financial leadership role.
