n We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.
n Responsibilities
n • Cold-calling prospective customers and scheduling client meetings
n • Meeting customers regularly and achieving assigned targets
n • Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring current customers
n • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable electronic component solutions
n • Negotiating prices, terms, and closing deals
n • Maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM
n • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships




n • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
n Qualifications
n • Bachelor's degree (For freshers, a degree in Electronics or a related field is preferred.)
n • Proven ability to convince, negotiate, close deals, and achieve targets.
n • Basic understanding of electronic components and the semiconductor market.
n • Knowledge of applications such as Telematics, Smart Metering, POS, Sound-Box, E-bike, and relevant IoT segments.
n • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
n • Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
n • Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
n • Willingness to travel locally to meet customers.
n • Must have own mode of transport (two-wheeler or car).
n Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month for freshers or ₹35,000–₹45,000/month for experienced candidates in electronic component sales. (negotiable)
