About the role

If creating elegant and customer-focused designs that make people talk about it is your thing, and you’re as comfortable designing products with AI tools as you are designing on Figma, then this role is for you. Such products come out of working in close collaboration with business, product, technology teams, and fellow designers. You would also be presenting design propositions and solutions to stakeholders using wireframes, mock-ups, or high-fidelity prototypes. Feedback is breakfast of champions, and we'd ensure you'd get as much as you need to iterate and improve to reach our mutual goal of building a world-class product.

What you’ll do
Ideate and implement solutions that overlap customer needs,



design and technology.
Gather requirements from stakeholders, derive problem statements and plan design engagements. Also, proactively launch efforts to improve different aspects of the product.
Be the owner & decision-maker of design for one or more major features in the consumer app.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until its launch.
Ensuring design quality, consistency, and coherence within the product.
Design flows and experiences that are incredibly straightforward and elegant. Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.
Comfortably build out experiences on design tools as well as AI/vibe-coding interfaces.
Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Collaborate and conduct user research and evaluate
