Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced People Manager with a robust foundation in IT Services Delivery and support. The ideal candidate has transitioned from a Delivery role, bringing deep operational insight, client-facing expertise, and a track record of managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycles. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management of teams across QA and IT services, ensuring high performance, solid governance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, Data engineers, support teams, and delivery professionals.
Build a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and growth planning.




Resolve interpersonal and performance issues to maintain team harmony and effectiveness.

Transition from Delivery to People Management:
Leverage delivery experience to align team objectives with business goals.
Apply delivery insights to optimize team efficiency, resource planning, and execution.
Bridge the gap between project execution and operational stability by fostering collaboration across departments.

IT Services & Operations Oversight:
Manage and monitor IT service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure service quality and defect-free releases.

Process and Performance Optimization:
Drive process improvements using metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with ITIL/ISO/SOC standards in service operations.
Establish strong governance frameworks for delivery, testing, and support processes.
