We are currently seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience, specializing in IT Operations Management (ITOM), to join our talented team.

Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development:
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITOM modules.
Customize and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements related to IT Operations Management.
ITOM Module Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in core ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational processes and translate them into efficient ServiceNow ITOM configurations.
Integration and Automation:
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to enhance ITOM capabilities.
Design and implement automation solutions to optimize operational workflows.
Customization and Scripting:




Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality for IT Operations Management.
Customize forms, lists, and workflows to improve the overall user experience.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, infrastructure, and development teams, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a solid focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Proven expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules.
Technical Skills:
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting
