We are building a solid internal design culture and are looking for a Senior Textile Designer who can contribute meaningfully to product development while working closely with artisans, sampling teams, and production.

This role requires a designer who is comfortable balancing creative design thinking with practical product development.
The position involves developing woven textile concepts, guiding sampling and loom development, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering developments within tight timelines for international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Concept Development
• Develop original woven textile concepts for rugs, cushions, and throws
• Create designs focused on texture, material combinations, and weave structures
• Prepare CADs, colorways, and technical design specifications
• Contribute to seasonal design directions aligned with international interiors and home textile trends
Sampling & Product Development
• Work closely with sampling teams and weavers to translate designs into physical samples
• Guide yarn selection, weave structures, and finishing techniques
• Review and refine samples to achieve the intended textur
