Job Description:
Project planning and execution: Plan and manage all civil works for assigned projects, which could include excavation, foundation, and RCC structures for facilities like sewage treatment plants (STPs).
Design and documentation: Create and review civil design drawings, layouts, and bills of quantities (BOQs). Develop and bid on project proposals and maintenance plans.
Site supervision: Supervise and guide in office execution teams and contractors to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Quality and safety assurance: Conduct quality checks and material testing for concrete, steel, and other construction materials. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.




Project management: Manage project budgets, resources, and deadlines. Track progress, prepare detailed site reports, and manage all related documentation.
Coordination and communication: Liaise and coordinate with architects, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering teams (e.g., structural, MEP, and environmental).
Problem-solving: Anticipate and resolve design and development issues that may arise during a project.
Finalization: Assist in the commissioning and handover process upon project completion.
