Brand Manager (BM) Job Description

Job Title: Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development & Implementation:
Develop and execute integrated brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience definition.
Translate brand vision and mission into actionable marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, channels, and communications.




Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
Analyze market data, consumer insights, and brand performance metrics to identify prospects and challenges.
Monitor brand health, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Marketing Campaign Management:
Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, experiential) that align with brand strategy.
Oversee content creation, creative asset development, and media planning.
Manage agency relationships and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Product & Portfolio Management:
Collaborate with product development teams on current product launches, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market needs.
Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch evaluation.
