Tech Trek Events is a rapid-growing events company specializing in organizing industry-focused conferences, summits, webinars, and networking events. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Associate to help expand our reach and connect with potential attendees, speakers, sponsors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct LinkedIn outreach to potential prospects using personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
Identify and generate qualified leads for Tech Trek Events through LinkedIn, online research, and other digital platforms.
Send professional outreach emails to prospective attendees, sponsors, speakers, and partners.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM with accurate information.
Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects to maximize response and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and lead generation performance.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or lead generation is preferred.
Solid internet research and data management skills.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or CRM tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (IST)
