Making sure that products are produced on time and are of positive quality;
• BPR, BCR & SOPs review and plant related documentation;
• Raising change controls, deviations as per requirement.
Being responsible for the selection of equipment’s and coordination with engineering department in system suitability for recent products & as required;
Carrying Production with cGMP in all aspects;
Liaising among different departments;
Supervising and inspiring a team of workers and reviewing worker performance
Cross checking of online documentation like BPRs, BCRs, log books, Cleaning formats, DPIs, HT, change controls, deviations and etc.;
Reporting to production manager on daily basis;
Internal audits, costumer audits and regulatory audits are faced individually and coordination with superiors.
