Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Black Belt – Collections & Dispute Transformation to join our Global Business Services team.
In this role,



you will be responsible for leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives across Collections and Dispute processes within the Order-to-Cash value stream, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence-driven technologies to optimize working capital and enhance customer experience.
You will operate as a strategic change agent within a energetic, cross-functional setting, partnering closely with Finance, Customer Experience, Enterprise Information Technology, and Analytics teams to transition global financial operations from reactive models to predictive decisioning frameworks.

End-to-End Transformation Leadership: Conduct deep-dive diagnostics—including Value Stream Mapping and process mining—to identify bottlenecks, reduce Days Sales Outstanding, mitigate bad debt, and ensure formally tracked business outcom
