Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process,



including job postings, screening resumes, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate current hire onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and human resources information systems (HRIS).
Administer employee perks programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assist in audits as needed.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practice
