Job Description:
Purchase of specials obtain & unlicensed medication.
Monitoring stock levels.
Chasing deliveries from suppliers, customers and carrying out all related tasks & communicate information to all related teams.
Using weekly stock and order reports for stock with less than 2 weeks stock at the start of each week.
Initial supplier communications on deliveries, pricing and any other order related
queries.
Sending & Chasing up orders and inquiries with suppliers.
Report the action taken by the end of each week and communicate with the reporting manager.
Week review overstocks and reports these to the Buying Manager with promotional recommendations.
Monitoring purchase cost margins.
Identifying current supplier and current product for increase business portfolio.
Purchase analysis and competitor information.
Transferring stock.
Miscellaneous Commercial Projects.
