The HR Intern will support the HR team with a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and more. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
Assist with posting job openings on job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
Onboarding & Orientation
Help prepare and organize onboarding materials for current hires.
Assist in conducting orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is complete.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Gather feedback from employees to improve engagement initiatives.
Administrative Support
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.




Assist with drafting and distributing HR-related documents, such as memos and announcements.
Support HR in various projects and initiatives, including policy development, research, and training sessions.
Learning & Development
Participate in training sessions and gain exposure to different areas of HR.
Assist in tracking employee development and training records.
Compliance & Record-Keeping
Ensure employee files and HR records are accurate and up-to-date.
Help with the administration of company policies and procedures.

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
