Job Description:

Position: Electrical Head

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:
Lead the electrical maintenance team and manage daily maintenance activities.
Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems.
Review electrical system performance and plan reliability improvement measures.
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Manage breakdown analysis using RCA, MTTR, MTBF.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and project work.
Manage energy optimization projects across plant operations.
Support automation projects and PLC/SCADA-related activities.
Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor cost control.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Electrical

Salary: - Upto 7.00 LPA
