Sampling & Testing : Collect samples from production lines. Conduct physical, chemical, or sensory tests based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Documentation : Maintain accurate, real-time records of test results, batch logs, and quality checklists. [
In-Process Inspection : Monitor critical control points (CCPs) on the production floor to catch defects or contamination early.
Compliance Assurance : Ensure the manufacturing workplace adheres to required standards (such as GMP, HACCP, FSSAI , or ISO , depending on the industry).
Lab Equipment Upkeep : Operate, clean, and assist in the calibration of basic laboratory instruments.
Non-Conformance Reporting : Immediately report any deviations, test failures, or quality issues to the QC Manager.
