Job Description Designation: Chief Fabricator

n Role Overview
n We are hiring a Chief Fabricator to lead the fabrication and delivery of modular, mission-critical infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for driving fabrication strategy, manufacturing excellence, and project execution while ensuring timely delivery, superior quality, and operational efficiency.
n The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in modular MEP engineering, off-site manufacturing, and the successful delivery of hyperscale data center or other large scale modular infrastructure projects.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead end-to-end fabrication operations for modular infrastructure projects.
n Oversee production planning, workshop operations, fabrication schedules, and resource management.
n Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
n Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality, and project execution teams to ensure seamless delivery.
n Drive continuous improvement in fabrication processes, manufacturing efficiency, and cost optimization.
n Monitor project milestones, fabrication progress,



and production KPIs to ensure timely execution.
n Resolve technical and operational challenges during fabrication and project delivery.
n Build and lead high-performing fabrication teams while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
n n Desired Profile
n n 8–15 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or project delivery within EPC, modular construction, or mission-critical infrastructure.
n Proven experience in modular MEP engineering and off-site fabrication.
n Robust track record of delivering hyperscale data center, mission-critical, or other complex modular projects.
n Sound understanding of structural fabrication, MEP systems, production planning, and project execution.
n Solid leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
n Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.
n n Candidate Background
n Candidates from organizations specializing in modular construction, data centers, EPC, industrial manufacturing, mission-critical infrastructure, or prefabricated building solutions will be preferred.
