n While there are a lot of tools for pre-investment research and underwriting, post-investment Asset Performance Management has seen limited innovation. TruBoard is a global platform that is addressing
n this specific problem statement in the sectors of Real Estate, Clean Energy and Financial Services (Including Retail loan portfolio servicing and collection) and thereby providing a decision-making matrix and actionable insights to its client for better operations, risk management and to maximize returns across the asset lifecycle.
n Role – Manager / Senior Manager – Approvals
n Experience – 6 to 12 yrs
n Location – Mumbai
n Qualification & Experience:
n n Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering/Architecture. BMC licensed Architect is desirable.
n 8–10 years of experience in statutory approvals for real estate projects in Mumbai/MMRDA jurisdiction.
n Robust knowledge of MMRDA regulations, municipal processes, and real estate compliance frameworks.
n Proven track record of obtaining approvals for large-scale projects.
n n Skills & Competencies:
n n Excellent knowledge of statutory approval processes in MMRDA.
n Solid networking in Real estate fraternity.
n Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
n Must have experience of Redevelopment projects including SRA, MAHDA redevelopment, Cess building redevelopment, Redevelopment under multiple regulation etc.
n Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
n High integrity and compliance-oriented mindset.
