Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Contact prospective clients via phone to introduce our real estate services, properties, and offers.
Client Interaction: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing client inquiries, and scheduling property viewings.
Data Management:



Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
