Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer queries in a skilled and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively within defined timelines.
Maintain customer records, update databases, and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics, etc.) for smooth customer service.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Support the sales/operations team with client-related requirements when necessary.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and customer service protocols.
